  • Device Identifiers: We generate a unique, persistent identifier for your device (Sticky ID) to manage your favorite stations and price alarms across app updates.
  • Notification Tokens: If you enable Price Alarms, we collect your Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) token to send you alerts.
  • Usage Data & Crash Reports: We collect anonymized performance data and crash reports via Firebase Crashlytics to improve app stability.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected data for the following purposes:

  • To display fuel prices based on your current location.
  • To manage your saved favorite stations and groups.
  • To send push notifications when fuel prices reach your target price.
  • To verify the integrity of our API requests via Firebase App Check.
  • To deliver personalized or non-personalized advertisements via AdMob.

3. Third-Party Services

The app integrates services from third-party providers that may collect information used to identify you:

  • Tankerkoenig API: Provides the raw fuel price data for German stations.
  • Google Mobile Ads (AdMob): Used to display advertisements. AdMob uses the User Messaging Platform (UMP) to manage your consent preferences.
  • Google Firebase: Used for push notifications, crash reporting, and API security.
